It's been a while, hasn't it? Well, the wait is over, and it's finally time to resume the AvX OP Contest line! We'll be playing a little catch-up this time, in the hope that maaaaaaybe what I said in the Month Four contest - that we'll be done before DC DM comes out - doesn't come to pass.Months Five and Six gave out Collateral Damage and Takedown, respectively - so that's what our main prizes are! Specifically, our four winners will win one copy of each. That said, we've still got a number of copies of Teamwork, Rally!, and Teleport on hand, so we're going to tip those into the pot as well - four runners-up will win their choice of one of those three cards.
What do you have to do for a shot at winning?
Well, we want you to make some suggestions. I've seen a few card images that could be a little more on point, or just capture a nice representation of the character, and I know I've seen people echo this sentiment. So I'm wondering - what card's art would you replace, and with what? This is your chance to suggest that perfect Spider-Man image, or maybe suggest a more magical picture of Magik than what was used. Feel free to explain your choices!
As always, send your entry, as well as which of Teamwork/Rally!/Teleport you would like should you win the runners-up prize, to with the subject 'TRP OP Month Five/Six Contest' before 8 AM EST, Thursday, 02/12/2015 Monday, 02/16/2015; with late notice on the podcast, and the holiday weekend, we thought it'd be in the spirit of love to give you guys a little more time to get your entries in. Of course, winning entries, or entries that ask for it/tickle our fancy, will be read on the podcast, so everyone can look forward to that. Also, due to the visual nature of this contest, we'll try to get up a gallery of suggested images with the results...so please try to keep your entries family-friendly!
